Introducing FibreShare 4.x

FibreShare Version 4.x is the most mature and only world class SAN Management volume sharing package for exclusive use under OS X and the newly released OS X Intel Macs running Snow Leopard. FibreShare™ is very simple to install, reliable, powerful and extremely easy-to-use as a powerful tool to help you make the most of your SAN storage network. FibreShare is the only install and forget SAN management Software available. If you don't want the hassle of dedicating a full time  employee to a cumbersome SAN Management support job then your only option is FibreShare which over and over is the critics choice for SAN Management on the Mac and with Final Cut Pro.

FibreShare is the only SAN Management package for the Mac that provides all the performance pieces necessary to quickly and efficiently setup a powerful shared storage network with either FibreChannel, iSCSI or FireWire. Using FibreShare, you can and easily administer and share terabytes of high-speed serial networked storage between video, audio and graphics workstations using no secondary control channel(like ethernet). FibreShare combines the features of high-end complex network arcitecture with the incredible performance of interfaces like Fibre Channel or iSCSI over gigabit Ethernet.

Users, groups and administrators will immediately save time and money by taking advantage of the increased bandwidth found with shared serial storage technology. FibreShare is perfect for administering a network of digital video professionals, graphics and pre-press houses or for anyone seeking high speed storage network performance.

FibreShare for Mac OS X takes full advantage of the OS X Dock tool allowing mounting and unmounting capabilities without the requirement of windows open on-screen.

Administrators have complete secure control over distributed storage management, allocation and user / group access privileges.
